The Executive Council of the Diocese of Milwaukee has approved the sale of Camp Webb’s former site in Wautoma. The purchaser intends to continue the use of the property as a summer camp, a fact which was very pleasing to the members of the Council. The proceeds of the sale will be placed in an endowment, the income from which will be designated for the support of Christian formation, including outdoor ministries, across the diocese. Plans are already underway for the return of Camp Webb next July, using rented space at the Indian Mound Scout Reservation in Oconomowoc, Wisconsin.
